Since I finally know what I'm doing with this journal, I updated my Bio on the Profile page. If you want to read it and help me make sure it is typo-free, please do!

Date: 2012-02-06 07:59 am (UTC)Also! You may have had this up for awhile and I just never noticed, but it makes me happy to see Uncharted got a mention in your interests. :D

Date: 2012-02-06 08:05 am (UTC)And thanks! I promise I will read your Uncharted posts as soon as I can and we will have things to talk about! I've just been really busy and haven't had the time to sit, read and form coherent thoughts.

Date: 2012-02-06 08:34 am (UTC)Oh, don't worry about it! I mean, obviously I want to hear your thoughts on it, but take as much time as you want/need. I've had problems sitting down and reading other people's posts, too, although for different reasons. Seeing it there in your interests just made me happy since I'm assuming that means you really liked it. :D

Date: 2012-02-06 09:17 am (UTC)I'm glad you found a use for this journal. I still have an LJ, mostly to check on the health of two distant friends, but Dreamwidth's signal-to-noise ratio is vastly preferred.

Date: 2012-02-06 09:21 am (UTC)The tipping point for me and LiveJournal was all the DDoSing they've been suffering, several statements of bald-faced contempt for its American customers (in Russian, as if Google Translate were some kind of secret), and a general increase of trolling and spamming in the LJ population. DW definitely has a better content to noise ratio, and so far has not had problems loading for me.
